Are we able to pick up our orders if fed ex did not drop them off? There is no number for the return processing center 2777 e long ave.
If you've got the tracking number, I'd contact FedEx and ask them where the package is. If it's being held at some local FedEx distribution facility, then you should be able to go there and pick up the package. If it is a case of "we attempted X number of delivery attempts and could not successfully deliver your package", then unfortunately the package will be returned to the sender.
