File a Complaint (Cancel My Order Without Recourse)

I broke my phone on Sunday, May 5th and proceeded to try to order a new phone on Verizon online but was unable to do so as a PIN was sent to my broken phone that I cannot see to verify account status.   I tried to rectify this by going on the online chat at Verizon as I don't have any way to communicate via phone.  I was able to get a hold of someone eventually in the accounts side who accessed my account and was able to place an order for a new Iphone 15 Pro Max with a promotion.  I asked for the overnight delivery fee and received an email indicating its arrival on May 6th between 1 and 3 PM.  This time came and went, and I again went on the chat to try and receive assistance on the order.  They stated it had been picked up for delivery and to give it the rest of the day before contacting.  Tuesday, May 7th came and still no phone.  I tried again online with the customer service chat function and they stated they couldn't verify my identity because I couldn't receive a text on my broken phone to verify my status.  I then called and spoke to a representative with my mom's phone and they stated it should be on it's way and to give it until the afternoon to be delivered.  It wasn't delivered and again I called using my mom's phone and the customer service agent indicated it should be here soon.  Tuesday came and gone with a phone I ordered for overnight delivery and I chatted via Facebook Messenger with someone who called and verified my identity through my mom's phone and he opened a ticket for the request.  I figured this would help get the phone on it's way.   Meanwhile, I went to work and by the time I got home, I received a few different emails indicating they tried to deliver my order which is false and they cancelled my order.  I have been without a phone since Sunday where they talked me into signing onto a new phone plan where I had a promotion to turn in my damaged phone and I feel like I have been duped.  They made no attempt at rectifying the situation and just cancelled my order while I continue to pay for their service and have no phone to do so.  I am beyond frustrated as I have wasted countless hours trying to do their job.  I am in the banking industry and this wouldn't be tolerated!
