Never received information to claim the free buds for the black Friday deal when I purchased the S21 ultra, they gave me the watch upfront while I was in store and told to wait to claim the buds.
it has been over 4 weeks and have yet to see an email nor notification in the Verizon app to be able to claim them .
Verizon chat rep was useless... Anyone?
I am having the same experience. We have spoken with customer spoken with customer service three times and have yet to receive the promise promo code. It has been 9 weeks for us.
Received an email today saying:

Please remember to activate all qualifying devices associated with phone number ending in xxxx and your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard will arrive in approximately 8 weeks. See additional offer qualifications below*.

The small print says:
Outside of order and activation of 5G phone plus watch and/or tablet, no additional action is required by the customer
So, is there something to do? If not, why would they send the email reminding to activate the device (which it is...)
