I purchased a pair of Beats headphones on 9/28 and was suppose to have two day shipping. My item has yet to be shipped. I tried getting help from customer service, but nobody has been able to help me.

I love how nobody can tell you why it’s delayed. I am experiencing the same issue.

Yes, I have received a tracking number, but it has been stuck on order received has yet to be shipped. At this point I don’t think they will be shipped and am afraid my order has somehow been forgotten about. Verizon does not make it easy to cancel an order and to receive a refund. I already tried customer service, but nobody seemed to help. I haven’t had the time to go to a local store in person to try to receive help.
