Home Depot or X Box Rebate

I been on the phone three separate times about the Home Depot gift card and no email about the rebate. Tonight I was told that he escalated my issue but that's the same thing I heard before. No reply to that inquiry. I asked "Jerry" to provide me with a ticket number but he claims the date, time, and document number should work. After a bit of prodding,  he eventually admitted there was no ticket number to give me. What is up with Verizon. I continue to pay their exhortation rates because I remember when they had the best customer service experience.  I think it's time to reconsider my perception of this company. I miss the original Droid sound.
