Oh My Gosh!
I was just hung up on by a Verizon woman who asked my for my "Order Number." What? You mean I should have some order number from a year ago? I asked her if the situation was reversed if a Verizon representative asked her on the spot for an order number from a year ago would she have it?

This is not the Verizon that I pay into for 20 years. Not only can't I get through the initial call, but the dang push 1 for this or 2 for that doesn't work! I pushed the number five times and the fake Bot hung up on me! This happened five times today!
All I wanted to know was if my device was on a contract. This is the ONLY company that has hung up on me simply because I was asking questions. Wow.
I am going to find another carrier.
