How do I actually get in touch with someone to change delivery of my order?

My order of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was sent by UPS, mandating my signature and preventing me from changing the delivery method. I, like a lot of people, work in the morning, so I can't be home to get my delivery; I live alone, so no one else can pick it up for me. 

 

This means that not only is it impossible for me to actually receive my order, I can't have it left at the UPS store so that I can actually get it. Trying to call customer service has proven futile, as all of my efforts to reach out to anyone have gone to useless bots, and I'm told that I'm calling outside of normal business hours even when I'm calling during the hours given.

 

What do I even do at this point? Is there a way to actually get a human who can look into the issue?
