I had a lot of questions and issues to deal with and was feeling frazzled. Yamileth took my call amd was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly caring, professional, and informative throughout our interaction. Yamileth guided me through all of my account changes with patience and reassurance, making sure to let me know that she was not going to rush me or make me feel like our call was lasting too long. The call disconnected. I thought - oh no, nothing was done! But she had sasked me for my number earlier incase that happened. Literally, she called me back within one minute to continue working with me.
I've worked with representatives from Verizon in the past, but never have I experienced such a hand-holding guided experience like the one Yamileth provided. She stayed with me until my order was complete and all of my questions were answered. Yamileth explained everything in simple terms, making it easy for me to understand exactly why I was making the changes I was making. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Yamileth, as well as to Verizon for having such a high-caliber representative who genuinely cares about their customers. Bravo!
