How long does it take for an order to show up as cancelled in my account on the app or website?

Hi, I placed an order upgrading a line in my account to a new phone, but mistakenly chose the wrong line. Spoke to a customer service agent via chat, who was able to cancel the order they said. I was given a confirmation number and everything. I then also received a Verizon automated text saying the order had been cancelled with the same confirmation number. But when I look at the app or website, it still shows the order as pending after several hours.
I’d like to resubmit my purchase but with the correct information this time, but don’t want to do anything until I know for certain the first one is completely gone, especially since there is a promotion involved.
