I NEED ANSWERS NOW. I have spent well over 24 hours on the phone with Verizon over the past 3 days. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism I have received is not only frustrating, but down right disrespectful to a customer who has been a Verizon customer for 16 years and additional has two business accounts. My phone is unable to connect to cellular and I have gone through all the trouble shooting steps with well over a dozen tech representatives. I also spent over 4 hours talking with Apple support and after they were able to successfully help me with what was need on their end, they came to the conclusion that this is a VERIZON WIRELESS PROBLEM. I am need of a phone ASAP for work and spoke with 2 representatives who stated I would not need to pay off the balance of my non operational phone and another who state I could receive a discounted payoff, but at the end of the call said I wouldn't have to pay anything and get the promotional offer through the app. Ryzen at 12:39 EST on September 22nd, 2024 place an order for a phone for me stating that I would not need to pay off the phone and I would just need to trade it in to receive the promotional offer. After wondering why my phone was not yet ready for pickup I not only called, but also went through your useless chat service. After calling I was told by two unprofessional representatives, Carla and Cora, that I still needed to pay the remaining balance and refused to listen to anything I had to say regarding the information that past representatives had stated. I ended up calling again and spoke with a representative who stated I would receive a call back but I never did, but at least she was professional and actually listened. I NEED ANSWERS NOW and I need this past calls pulled. The inconsistency with each and every time I have had to call Verizon is just sad.
