Help. Please help. I have called Verizon no less than a dozen times in the past month. I have chatted six times. No one can help me.
I placed an online order porting-in four lines. I had to cancel this order before receiving my new devices. I never activated, never ported-in a line. My cancellation, made over the phone, received a ticket number (*****). My devices were recalled from shipping and received by Verizon IN SEPTEMBER.
My order has still not been fully cancelled out; my refund has not been processed; and my numbers are still presumed to be Verizon numbers.
I placed a new order at Costco this week. I could not wait longer. The sales rep of course told me no problem and they would be able to port my numbers (previously not ported, above) to this new account. Of course nothing seems to be further from the truth, as the numbers remain tied to this old, never activated, but not cancelled-out account.
PLEASE someone tell me how I can (a) fully cancel that order (b) fully realize the one I placed through the Costco Verizon kiosk.
