I'm in some sort of new phone order purgatory and can't get out.

On  Sep 26 I ordered an upgrade for my iPhone 14 Pro Max.  I ordered the 16 Pro Max . 

I paid $110.00. It was scheduled to Ship on Oct 18th . 

It did not Ship. It's showing as "Backordered". It is widely available. 

I've called chatted with and called Verizon 3 times and every person was unable to cancel the order, or ship the phone.  I am unable to Cancel the order on the Website. 

This is maddening. I've wasted hours on this.
