I returned four phones and billing says I returned only 2. Verizon warehouse confirms four. Now my bill is doubled because I lost the promotion on the 2 phones they are saying I didn’t return. The warehouse has all 4 phones. I only got credit for 2.

verizon you ripped me offf. I may be one customer but you don’t care.
I guess I will have to proceed with small claims. More time and money. I wish I never signed up for Verizon.
