I preordered the iphone 15 pro max 256 g in blue on Sep 15. I got a tracking number on the 25 Sep. I was told that my shipping date was Sep 29 that came and went very quickly. When i track my package it says that the label was created and no other updates. I talk to UPS and they say they are still waiting for the package. I have been lied to so many times at this point this is ridiculous. I will never preorder a phone from Verizon ever again.
