I purchased 2 IPhone 15’s & 2 Tablets online. I received my purchase receipt & was told I could pick my items up at the closed store which was 45mins away. Upon arrival I was told they had no information of my order. I called Verizon & was sent to another store. I arrived at the new store & was told the same thing. I called Verizon and after speaking to 3 different customer service representatives I was told my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I will never ever attempt to purchase a phone from Verizon again. This situation caused me money and wasted a lot of my time that I can’t get back.
