In store pickup

I ordered online in store pick up almost 3 days ago. And it’s still “processing” when I call they said I have to wait for the pick up email but any other time I’ve used this it’s been here same day

Verizon is very inconsiderate. Why have this option available if it’s not going to be available. Going through the same thing and no answers. Will cancel my order and go with another carrier that does deliver

Well a year later and the cycle still continues. I should have looked these outcomes up before getting myself into this hole 😭 but it’s okay they love to remind me that I’ve been a customer for 12 years and make me question why I still am after all this time

Same issue still happening. Ordered on 10/18/2025 for store pickup. It’s end of day 10/22/2025  and my TWO new iPhones for my children are stuck in a processing status. I have chatted multiple times with customer service. One person actually told me they were ready and to go to the store. Didn’t trust them and chatted again and was told the order was NOT ready, and to wait for the email. This really is poor service.  Been a customer almost 27 years and I can’t get any help.
