In store pickup

I ordered online in store pick up almost 3 days ago. And it’s still “processing” when I call they said I have to wait for the pick up email but any other time I’ve used this it’s been here same day

Verizon is very inconsiderate. Why have this option available if it’s not going to be available. Going through the same thing and no answers. Will cancel my order and go with another carrier that does deliver
