Long shipping.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro max on Saturday at 2 pm central time. I paid for it and everything. They said I’d have free 2 day expedited shipping. It’s now almost Thursday and they still have not shipped my phone. 
I have done all of the verification as well and my order was accepted Monday and the lady said it would ship out Monday before 8. It still hasn’t shipped 

I called yesterday and she said she put a request to expedite it to ship Tuesday before 8, still hasn’t shipped

now Wednesday and it still hasn’t shipped. The phone was not on back order and it was in stock and was supposed to ship Monday and it’s now almost Thursday almost a week later. I just want my phone. If it dosent ship out by Friday evening I’m canceling the order and going to order through a different provider. So annoyed with this.
