Lost Device through Shipping Carrier

In August of 2022, I ordered an iPhone 12. The phone was never delivered and as of this day, I am still paying for the phone and a plan. I talked to 3 different people and each representative told me that the issue would be handled and I would be refunded for what I have already paid. Well, needless to say, none of that happened. The phone has never been activated. I have been more than patient with this matter. I love Verizon but this is bad business. I hate being lied to and I have been paying more because of this. I just want this resolved.

Needless to say, I am still paying for a phone that I don’t have. This has become a legal issue in my opinion. If you look at the phone records, you will clearly see that the phone hasn’t been activated. I have spent money that I shouldn’t have. Even after all this time of talking to reps on the phone, no one, evidently thinks that this issue is important.
