Lost Order

Ordered a new phone on 2/5, was supposed to receive in a couple days through FedEx. Wasn’t home to sign for delivery, phone was returned to Verizon on 2/22, verified through fedex tracking. Haven’t received a refund or replacement, and have been charged for the new phone on our most recent bill. I’ve called Verizon twice and they keep telling me 5-7 business days to verify the phone was returned. Im not sure why the order can’t just be cancelled and refunded, and I can reorder to pick up at a local Verizon store. Frustrated Verizon customer of over 20 years, feeling like I’m getting the run around.
