I took advantage of Verizon’s early Upgrade.
Verizon will waive remaining balance , and credit each new phone $415 each
I upgraded all 3 phones.
2 phones were lost, I gave Verizon the UPS tracking numbers , but haven’t had any movement on getting my $1000 ! back.
so frustrating ! I’m out $1,000.00
This is so wrong ! I did what I was told by Verizon and now am being charge for 2 phones that were lost apparently under Verizon’s UPS account.
