I just ordered a new Apple Watch from Verizon and arranged to trade-in the old one. I took it to a UPS store and have a receipt. Unfortunately the tracking number keeps showing as invalid and Verizon is not showing it as shipped. I don’t live near the UPS store and don’t want to have to go back there. Why is this such a problem? It appears a lot of people have issues with the trade-ins/returns.

I know I would share your concern if I had mailed in a trade-in and the tracking number kept coming back invalid, Adnilsorf. Typically, when you drop a package at the UPS store and have a receipt the tracking number should have already been scanned. Let's see how we can help locate the missing package.
