So purchased a new phone 3 months ago and have had nothing put problems with it. I went on the chat to get advice. The end result was they told me I would be receiving a replacement phone. I received a order email, then a shipping email, but when I checked the tracking # it was the tracking # for the original phone. So I called and was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get a tracking #. The end result, is I will get a call back by 2pm today.
