Hello, I returned a MIFI hotspot. UPS has verified delivery however Verizon is stating that they never received it and is advising me to file a claim with ups. I can not file a claim with ups since the account number that generated the return label is not associated with my ups profile. I have communicated this with the reps but they are not helping.
I have been a Loyal Verizon customer for over a decade and after talking to several representatives I feel like I am getting the run-around. I am finding online many reports that this is a common problem with the Whiteland returns center.
Please help as I followed Verizon’s protocol for this return using the provided return label and shipping it back well within the 30 day window.
