I ordered a phone almost a week ago. They sent the WRONG phone & USB cord. I called to inform them. I was told by 3 different agents that they would be sending out the correct device. In the mean time, a Tier 2 tech said that since I urgently needed my phone and my number was now attached to the other device, she could activate the WRONG device sent until I received my new one.  I get a text messagetoday stating there was an update on my case. I called to see whatthe update is & they tell me they can't send my correct device (THE ONE THEY SCREWED UP & SENT THE WRONG ONE) until I send back the device the Tier 2 Tech activated so I wouldn't be without my phone (which is attacted to the divice you are supposed to be sending). This is HORRIBLE! All I keep getting is the run around, apologies, and people saying they will get it correct. Of the last agent rudely ending chat without saying he was going to do so! Is this the service your agents are to provide!?! Can I please get the phone I payed for!?
