My Refund Experience

Let’s start by saying worst mistake I have made switching to Verizon! I am a brand new customer I brought 5 lines over and let me tell you I have had the absolute worst experience ever dealing with Verizon in the short three weeks then I have ever had with straight talk in the last 10 years I ordered five lines with five devices on October 9. The devices were supposed to be next day delivery they never came. I tried so hard to get in touch with somebody from Verizon. Nobody could tell me where the devices were why they hadn’t been shipped they could not give me any answers whatsoever. I even got hung up on on a few occasions when I could get through I was on hold for 15 minutes one time before the phone disconnected. I called back to completely different customer rep get them put on hold again for 30 minutes before the phone disconnects after a whole week of trying to get through to somebody to find out and answer on my order that I should’ve already had finally a rep told me they didn’t have the phones in stock and that the order had been canceled and I needed to place another order with different phones. He was very helpful. We got my order done. I asked when my refund would be back on my card. He told me by the middle end of the week OK so I’m waiting. I’m waiting never receive my refund then out of the blue almost 2 weeks later after we’ve already received our devices from my second order mind you I’ve now paid twice. I get a text and an email saying that I have more deliveries from Verizon coming in the mail so I reach out and I tell them I don’t need those devices. Why are they still coming to me? The order was supposed to be canceled I verified that with three different reps which all told me the order was canceled. The lady assured me that it was canceled and that I wouldn’t be receiving the products they were going to reach out and make sure they didn’t show up and that she would make sure that I had my refund within 24 hours. She then said that she was scheduling a call back the next day at the same time to verify that I’ve received my refund in my bank account. No surprise at all I never received that phone call and I never received my refund. I tried calling of course I can’t get through to nobody. This has been the worst experience. I am so tempted to cancel all my lines and go straight back to straight talk.  This is beyond ridiculous and this is not how you should treat new customers do better Verizon

The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us after just joining us, Emerald893. I would share your concern if I never received a refund and then got additional shipping notifications. Then to not get an expected callback after finally getting help. I am here to help turn this around and ensure any outstanding concerns are resolved ASAP.
