Need immediate help from customer care

I need help, I need to communicate with a legitimate Verizon representative in the United States and that can provide real help.....
 
I purchased a Verizon unlimited plan for my iPhone 14 Pro.
 
The purchase  did not include a phone, this purchase included the  "Bring your own phone"  option.
 
Shortly after purchase I received an email with the attached receipt.
 
The email and receipt included an iPhone and that it was going to be shipped.    huh?
 
As previously mentioned, I did not order an iPhone.
 
I called support and was connected to the out-sourced over seas support center.
 
The representative told me that the order must be cancelled in order to remove the iPhone.  She told me that she cancelled the order and I would not be billed.
 
The reference number from this conversation is 9045325.
 
The couple of days later I receive an email bill from Verizon for 120.00.
 
I called support again, this time I was transferred to a nice lady in the US.
 
She confirmed the order was cancelled, I requested an official email from Verizon.   She said I should receive the email shortly.
 
I did not receive the email.  So I called support, was connected to the over seas call center and was fed 45 minutes of randomly disconnected calls, talking over me, getting my name wrong...dear lord, then she says...
 
1.  At the end of the month the account will go into collections.
 
2. Verizon will then send me a check to pay for the amount in collections.
 
3. She said her name was Cynthia and that I should trust her, that she would call me back in 30 days to cancel the account, this entire conversation took 1  1/2 hours.
 
4. I requested an official email  She said that She can't because she removed the number from Verizon.
 
5. I told her now I can't contact Verizon to dispute anything because I can't get past the automated phone message if I'm not a customer...she told me that I should trust her...dear lord.
 
So I got screwed by the Verizon website , I have been lied to 3 times, sent to the "Con Artist Call Center in India" twice.
 
What in the name of GOD is happening here?
 
The number was never activated.  I never created an account, absolutely no service of any kind from Verizon, constant LIES, LIES and more LIES from Verizon and I'm billed 120.00?   There is no way on God's green earth that I am paying you 120.00 for literally nothing.

I can't call into Verizon, the automated message won't allow me to proceed because the phone number is not active and I did not activate an account.
 
I need this cancelled and need real legitimate help  and without having to navigate that Con Artist Call Center in India.
