My Verizon account is not showing my return as being delivered to Verizon and I am starting to get text reminders to ship my return back. My return was delivered to Verizon on 11/12/24. Seeing other people’s posts, I’m concerned Verizon will start to say they never received it. Please confirm my return has been received.
Looks like no one from Verizon responded. The return is now showing as shipped but my refund came through. How long before my previous device payment plan shows up?
