Never received new iPads. Major support confusion.

Never received my 2 M4 iPads. I ordered them through the Verizon websites chat support team once “delivered” I went through the whole investigation process prior and was literally told i would be refunded by 2 different support agents a week after. I waited the 48-72 hours investigation period and didn’t receive any notice. When i contacted them back they told me the order would be canceled and i would be refunded within 7-11 days so i can re order. It seems that none of this is true. Since not receiving refund or hearing back i contacted them once again last night and the agent is told me that they basically don’t know what they are looking at because the ticket is still open is not processing. So they opened a new one ticket to redo investigation last night with high priority. I’m not understanding why i was told something several times that wasn’t true. When i thought my issue was resolved it actually is just starting. My family has been a customer for over 15 years. If this issue goes unresolved it will put a nail in it. We loved Verizon but this isn’t fair.
