A new customer this has been the worse customer service experience I have had. We left AT&T and thought Verizon would be better at customer service. I kept getting harassed to get a new line on us they say. I just signed up less than 3 months ago and now that I am ready to get a new phone and line. I am being told oh we don't trust you as a customer yet so we cannot finance a phone to you now, you should have done that in the start of your service you'll have to pay full retail price now. If I would have known this, we would have never gone with Verizon. We will not be renewing after we pay off the equipment on tax return. Not to mention the missing gift card mess and constant service issues we have. Verizon you need to do better.
