I am trying to purchase a new phone as a new client and I missed the deadline on an important email to submit documents. I’m trying to get a new working link but I can’t seem to get it nowhere including the tracking page. It just says that I need to take action but when I click it, I get stuck in an endless loop of trying to log in. I just need a working link by Oct. 29!!! Can someone help me?
