Not sure what to do at this point. Two weeks ordered an upgraded phone. Order form said I picked it up at the store, I did not, however, receipt says it was being shipped, it has not. I have talked to Verizon three different times, plus, texting. Finally decided to cancel the order and request all charges be reimbursed. Still nothing from Verizon-no phone, no cancellation, no reimbursement. Any suggestions?

Hi, thank you for replying. I have actually gotten a response from Verizon, and it was an error on their end. They had it picked up at the store and being shipped, which neither happened. So, hopefully and fingers crossed, the matter is resolved. Thank you again!

Have you talked to Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390? I'm not sure what happened as maybe there are multiple orders in the system creating a mess.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
