Hello. I placed an order for an Iphone 15 pro, and a new line (new customer) on December 29th. I also payed the $19.99 to have it delivered by December 30th by 12:00PM. I was sent an e-mail to confirm my identity, so i did. After submitting photo’s of my ID, it says success or confirmed etc. However, when i enter my order details to track my order, it still says my order is on hold, and now the “take action” button does not work. I was hoping the additional $20 i payed would have the phone here by 12. It is supposed to arrive in the next 12 hours and i’m wondering if it’ll even ship.
