I will not renew my contract and will take my money elsewhere. I've never experienced such poor customer relations concerning an order that is paid for. For days, my order has been in preparation for pick up, but never ready for pick up. I call and no one seems to know what's going on in their own company. No one can help with pushing the order through no one knows how or why it continues to say pending on the account. I only made the purchase in the first place because my husband lost his phone and Asurion gave us the run around on filing a claim. I was told that I could pick up the phones the same day not true. Every representative I spoke to seemed like they have no idea what I'm talking about. Now they have automatically canceled the order and my husband whose losing his sight has to wait even longer for a replacement due to the idiocy of every rep I spoke to. These people don't care anything about you they get paid to ignore us and cause stress. GOODBYE VERIZON!
