Order issue and customer service

I am a customer over 6 Years with verizon spend bout almost $400 a month on my bill and verizon was willing to say goodbye to me instead of fixing there mistakes I preordered the new iphone paid extra because they had lowered my spending limit sompaid what was needed to preorder tge phone to find out days later thst the representative messed the order up which will have to be cancelled than reordered and doing so now i wont be able to get the phone til mid of October and instead of verizon tryi g to help the situation compensate somewhere or something to show there sorry for screwing the order up causing me to get the phone a month later they would rather see me cancel all my lines and go to another phone service so after today i will not ever go back yo vetizon there service got horrible now customer service got horrible and they showed today that they dont care boyt the existing customer thank you verizon its been a great 7 years
