I ordered my iPhone a week ago. I paid for 2 day shipping and it did not arrive when it was supposed to. The next day I tracked my package and it says its been delivered, TO TEXAS and I'm located in PA?! I filed a claim with UPS and have been trying to get in contact with someone from Verizon to give me some guidance but that's seemingly impossible. Do I cancel my order and put in a new one? Do I continue the claim? How does Verizon verify any of this? Any help is appreciated.....
