I've ordered a xbox off of the verizon online store for pickup and its been on hold for two days now. I was asked to verify my identity and there hasn't been any progress since. It currently says that my order is on hold and I have till 30th Jul to take action but the take action buttons leads nowhere. How can I cancel my order? The verizon helpline numbers seem to only cater to customers with a verizon phone number.
