My order is on hold since Friday asking for proof of address. I uploaded my lease agreement right away when I received the message that my order is on hold. Since I work from home, I need internet immediately. Given the looming July 4th weekend, I don't think this process will be done in time for me to receive and install the modem by the start of next week. Apart from that, Verizon has a few offers that end today, which pushed me to pick Fios over Cox at my apartment - I don't want to miss out on those.
