I placed an order on 3/10 , end of week my Verizon app still show on hold. Have been told multiple things from company. At the moment I am very confused as to what is actually going on. Have many hours chatting and talking to agents, haven’t heard the same thing twice.

My guesses are:
1) You went over a credit limit Verizon sets for purchases
2) The order is stuck in limbo because either your information cannot be verified by the system, or there was a fraud alert triggered for some reason
