I ordered an upgrade to the Galaxy Z-Flip6 and it is still processing on the Verizon site. It's been since April 27, 2025, when the order was placed. I've signed the terms and conditions 5 times which appear to be in a loop. Verizon's Customer Service team could not assist me, nor could they explain why the order is still processing. They confirmed that the item would be shipped by May 5th, 2025. The site still shows that it hasn't shipped and I'm still waiting. This is unsatisfactory service and I'm extremely disappointed.
