AGAIN I am posting on here. I ordered an iPhone. I was sent someone else’s order. I sent it back. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER. I have been so patient and understanding but I don’t know what else to do I have lost all patience and I feel like I’m going crazy. I paid for a phone and no one can tell me why I don’t have it yet. I am beyond done with Verizon this is unacceptable.
