Ordering Issue

Placed order online and it penned for over 3 hours. Drove to store to find it was still pending on their side as well. They canceled the order because they could not fix it. And then asked me to place another order. Tried to use agent to place order but wasn't given the same pay options as the myverzion app. So placed order through application again and order is still pending.
