My boss accidentally used the wrong address and sent items belonging to a non-profit to your Return Facility (4801 Mercantile Dr, Fort Worth, TX 16137). It was signed for by someone with the last name of Long and left at the Dock. The tracking etc. is screenshot for reference.
Is it possible to (1) confirm if the package is still there and/or (2) if it is, could it be returned to sender or redirected to the correct address? I can't seem to get ahold of anyone that works at the warehouse.
