I placed an order for 3 phones on 6/24/24 - i received one phone 2 days later and the other two say delayed and check back later, I have called almost every day since order and no one can seem to tell me why they haven't shipped or when I will get them, I am paying for something I don't have and that is an issue. They were all guaranteed 2 day delivery. well I am at day 9. Would just like to have the problem resolved.
I know I would be concerned if I only received one of three devices I had ordered as well, akronable5. I would be happy to check on the status of the remaining devices. We will need account access to assist with this, so please be on the lookout for a private message from us.
