I placed my order online The store ended up canceling when I arrived. They acted like they didn’t customer service told me later on that they were the ones that did it when I called back to the department that I sent my registration to to complete my verification of my identity. They fixed it but they charged me again so I’ve been charged twice and the bank rejected the payment I have given all this information to multiple reps. The last one I spoke to was emailing me the form to input my card info and we got disconnected and I never received received service or goods the store tried to charge me a third time with my debit card, and at that time I declined. I want my money back please send me the form to input my correct banking details. Email - [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]
