On my account when I go somewhere like services and perks and select something like that 100GB Mobile Hotspot Data, right at the top under that option it says pending order, heck I do not got no order ongoing for it to be saying that to be preventing me to wanna add anything else on my account, like for instance if I was to wanna upgrade my phone to a different one it sure would say the same thing as well about a pending order when I do not have anything on order at the moment for it to be saying that on my account, I would like for that to be fixed and escalated to get off of my account at my request so that it can stop preventing me to wanna add anything else onto my account at my earliest convenience
