Pending order stuck in account

So my Verizon account was hacked 6 weeks ago, and someone tried to purchase a tablet on my account and have it sent to Alabama - I live in Georgia. We contacted Verizon right away and had the shipment stopped and all addresses and passwords reset. However there is still a pending order on my account and I can't upgrade or purchase anything until this is gone. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service - just like Verizon said to do - and hours in the store with a very unhelpful worker and customer service rep again. In the end they state they have removed all orders and it should be open but I still have a pending order note and cannot purchase anything?!

Soooo frustrating - I have been with Verizon for 9 years and have 7 lines on my account. You'd think they would do what they could to be sure I could purchase items from them but I guess not! I have started looking into switching to another company that will pay off our lines because is am so tired of dealing with this. Everytime I speak with customer service I get transferred, cut off, and then told they can't do anything for me. Then they try to sell me a phone for a high price,?? Can anyone help with this? Sounds like others have had the same problem!
