I returned an order on the same day that it was shipped. This was on November 18. I have a pending order on my account and can not upgrade my device. How long does this process last? I would like to upgrade before Christmas. Verizon is giving me the run around. I was told that it would take 24 to 72 hours. I can't cancel the order or reorder. Help
