Phone Upgrade Order Issue

I've been trying to upgrade my phone for the last 2 months. I've tried talking to people on the phone, by chat, and in store and I've gotten no progress on fixing this issue. I initially tried to upgrade my phone on 8/12/2023. It somehow got held due to a perceived fraud issue. Called/chatted a few times and finally got the initial order cancelled. I tried to upgrade my phone again on 8/20/2023. No luck then on the phone upgrade either but I did get the Samsung Galaxy Watch6. I was trying to upgrade my phone for the trade in discount at the time. I've essentially given up on trading in my phone. I need to escalate this issue to someone that can clear up the issue so I can upgrade as desired.
