In order for me to upgrade I have to pay off my phones totally understandable… what I don’t understand is I was told I would receive my mobile device this past weekend nothing came in.. then I tried going in first thing Monday 🤣apparently system are down. So they lied and gave me false information about my account and promotions did nothing for my account even after three years of loyalty 🤣whenever you guys answer your phones, I would love to cancel my services with you guys ASAP!.
