Phones Not Delivered

We just signed up for Verizon, and I have to say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life.   Ordered 5 phones on 10/27, only 2 were delivered.  Chatted for an extremely long time on 11/2 to get it resolved.  The agent assured me the phones would be delivered n 24 hours.  Of course they were not.  Then I chatted about 3 different times on 11/3, resulting in a ticket being opened and suggesting I wait 3-5 days for a resolution.  I have heard nothing since.  I offered to go in store to pick up 3 different phones, but apparently that’s not an option.  What a joke.  I’m about ready to move on to t-mobile.
